Toronto-listed casino and poker software supplier NYX Gaming Group has rolled out real-time poker rewards for customers of its Ongame poker network in Italy. The Instant Rewards tool was built onto the Ongame platform by previous owner Amaya, allowing operators to set up different challenges for players and pay out related prizes in real-time.
Rewards are triggered by the player’s action at the table. A player can win a prize when collecting a pair of kings three times in a row or get a consolation prize when losing with two aces on a Saturday night, for example.
David Flynn, NYX Gaming’s executive vice president of business development, said: “We have taken the excitement of poker one lever further and added personal challenges for the players to complete. All players will be able to track their progress directly in their client and prizes are paid out instantly.
“Bringing social elements to the real money poker economy in Italy will strengthen our customers’ ability in marketing, retention, and profitability. We have successfully offered this innovation in other parts of the world and are enthusiastic about this addition to our Italian offering.”
Intralot Italia has become one of the first Ongame clients in Italy to launch the integrated achievements system, which is integrated across all poker products including mobile.
