Greentube, an online gambling software subsidiary of the Novomatic Group, has completed the acquisition of mobile multiplayer casino games company Abzorba Games.
Although the terms of the deal have not been disclosed, it has been confirmed that both companies will now work together to provide an enhanced platform for customers.
Founded in 2011, Abzorba is best known for its production of mobile multiplayer casino titles such as ‘Cards & Casino’.
The company also operates Live Blackjack21, Live Roulette, Live Poker and Hot2Slot, all of which are available on both iOS and Android devices.
“We are absolutely thrilled that AbZorba is joining the prestigious Novomatic Group,” AbZorba Games chief executive officer and co-founder Andrew Hughes said.
“Right from the outset of our discussions we felt a complete alignment of vision for our table-top casino titles and we believe the alliance will provide the best possible platform for our combined success.”
