Real-money software and free-to-play games developer High 5 Games (H5G) has launched a new tournament feature on its social casino app High 5 Casino. The new feature has launched across desktop, iOS and Android, allowing users to compete against one another in a selection of 24 different tournament rooms.
Described as adding an additional social element to the app, players can contest Hi-Lo, 50/50, Cash Blast, Prize Party and Colossal Cash games against one another.
Each tournament has a different time limit, spin count, entry fee and prize at stake, with some of H5G’s most popular titles available including Gypsy, Retropolis, Moon Warriors and A Night of Mystery.
The launch of the feature coincides with a redesign of the High 5 Casino app, giving it a new look and a number of upgrades based on player feedback, in order to make adjusting bets, scrolling through the content library and collecting four-hour bonuses easier than ever.
H5G has also launched new symbols to represent player and game levels, with a crown representing the player’s level and a star to represent the game level. A new navigation bar also makes moving between slots, tournaments and video poker games more convenient.
The company says that the launch of tournaments is the first of a number of new features and updates to be made to High 5 Casino in 2015.
