People wanting to attend September’s Betting on Football conference at The Emirates have until the end of next week to pick up tickets at half-price early bird rate. Tickets are currently available for a bargain £147.59 (+VAT) and includes access to the evening networking drinks, sponsored by TXODDS.
#BOFCON is organised by SBC Events, part of Sports Betting Community Ltd, and follows on from last year’s successful conference at Stamford Bridge. The move to the home of Arsenal FC has coincided with a shift in dates as this year’s event is being held on Wednesday 9 September.
The conference has been designed to reflect the importance of football to the betting industry and covers subjects from marketing, customer activation, international opportunities, match-fixing, law, trading trends and new products.
Organiser Andrew McCarron commented: “We developed Betting on Football to help betting operators discover best practice when it comes to dealing with the most popular sport in the world. The power of football in the betting world is one that can totally transform a business if it is harnessed in the right way, which is why we’re planning on Betting on Football being an important part of the calendar.”
Companies represented include Arsenal FC, West Bromwich Albion, Neteller, Unibet, Sheffield United, Team FA, Betway, Clifton Davies and Regulus Partners.
Among the event’s supporters are BGT, Metric Gaming, BetConstruct, TXODDS, Oddslife and Sportradar. There are still a handful of opportunities for companies wanting to get involved with sponsorship, although these are running out fast.
