MB24 Sportsbook (SBR rating F) is back online.
The online sportsbook suspended their service as of May 31st and stopped updating their website following an e-mail heads up to webmasters.
A few players subsequently complained to SBR that they had not been paid their closing balances from the online sportsbook, who abandoned their customer service posts.
As a result of the outstanding payout complaints and no available information, SBR lowered MB24 from D- to F on June 30th.
MB24 released the following statement prior to pulling the plug on their operation:
MB24 Sportsbook: “Please rest assured that we are in constant contact with Income Access to ensure that all Statistics are up to date, all players and affiliates are paid their earnings, prior to the closure of the site on 31 May 2015. The site is still up in the air but unable to be played on, nor have we been excepting player deposits since the above mentioned date
The online sportsbook previously operated as Mobibet. The sportsbook was blacklisted for unfairly confiscating the winnings of bonus winners who were accused of being “abusers”, despite the players not being connected to one another in any way; the sports betting website insisted that players who went all-in following their deposits then lowered their bets to the minimum allowed to complete rollover requirements were advantage bettors who were violating the terms and conditions.
The ludicrous position taken by Mobibet (MB24) in the aforementioned complaints kept the online sportsbook on the SBR blacklist despite the rebranding, which appears to have been done more for search engine purchases and perhaps to throw players off their scent.
Sportsbook Review successfully made a test account registration and confirmed the MB24 cashier appears functional. The online sportsbook is also promoting a new signup bonus.
SBR has asked the players who filed complaints to verify if their account history still shows their closing balance and if so to attempt to withdraw these funds.
MB24 players who still have difficulty receiving payment should file a sportsbook complaint with SBR.
