A Vbet.com Sportsbook player has filed a complaint with SBR against the sports betting website.
He verified his account with Vbet on the 11th of June and was forced to wait 30 days due to “many accounts in the queue” being verified.
The player waited out the unusual time-frame, but is being limited to €1,000 payments per day with Skrill, yet the terms indicate there is no payout limit via Skrill.
On top of this, the player is now saying that his most recent €1,000 payout request has been pending longer than 72 hours. He was told by Vbet.com support — who are based in Curacao — that they could not confirm when he will receive his payout.
VBet.com player: “I have been very cooperative, I gave them each and every document they asked me. And waited for more than 30 days, and tollerate their breaking their own rules. But this is outrageous, [sic]”
Sportsbook Review previously reported that Vbet.com cited their match-fixing clause to deny a player €2,710 in winnings.
SBR has followed up with Vbet to discuss this latest complaint.
