BetPhoenix Player Still Owed $2,160 from Payment Plan

betphoeniximageA BetPhoenix Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a complaint with SBR.

The player was limited last spring to $1 max wagers and subsequently decided to withdraw his $7,220 balance.

However, the player was told that his only options were to receive payment through a person-to-person transfer option, not Skrill (as advertised).

The player found this to be unacceptable because he would incur $70 fees a pop, and a total $630 in fees before he could receive his whole balance. SBR intervened at the time and managed to help assist the player being placed on a payment plan.

As it presently stands, he is owed $2,160. His last payment received was May of last year. He has repeatedly told the online sportsbook he would accept the final payment through Western Union – fees and all – but has been given no information. He is also still willing to accept the payout through Skrill, which BetPhoenix advertises as being an active cashier option.

Sportsbook Review has followed up on the complaint with a member of BetPhoenix management.

BetPhoenix players in need of payout assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.

BetPhoenix has had their sportsbook rating lowered from C to C-.
