Leading Italian platform provider Microgame has launched Inspired’s Multi-Viewer technology in Italy, enabling concurrent virtual sports channels to be run from its retail venues.
Inspired’s Multi-Viewer system enables concurrent virtuals channels to be shown through one PC, instead of one PC per channel.
Vitaliano Casalone, president of Inspired Italia, said it also provides the “perfect foundation” for the upcoming regulatory change that will increase the event limit to 2,000 events per day.
“We are thrilled to announce the first deployment of our Multi-Viewer technology in Italy,” said Casalone. “It was a seamless certification and rollout – now installed, we are confident it will drive significant operational efficiencies and revenues for Microgame.”
Microgame provides its gaming platform to more than 30 operators in Italy, and launched Inspired’s Virtuals across its retail division, Pianeta Scommesse, in June of last year.
Following that success, Microgame also launched a number of Inspired’s Virtuals online across 80 websites earlier this year.
Inspired said that the new launch will help Microgame benefit from incremental virtuals revenues, as well as reduced hardware and maintenance costs.
Microgame plans to dedicate one channel to Rush Football, the most popular virtual sport in Italy, and offer a range of other virtuals on the other channels.
