1XBet accuses sports bettor of fraud and confiscates €1200

1xbetimage1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has accused a winning sports bettor of fraud and confiscated €1,200.

The player registered his account last month with 1XBet and deposited €600, he received a 15% deposit bonus.

After he was more than half way through completing his turnover obligation, 1XBet accused the player of fraud and closed his account.

He received an email explaining the decision, whuch suggested that he violated rule no. 2.35 of the betting site, which reads as follows:

1XBet rule 2.35: “A client can register only one account. Only one account per person, family, household, computer or IP address or credit/debit card. The Company reserves the right to ask the client for more personal information (passport data, registration) as well as to to undergo a videoconference.”

Sportsbook Review questioned the player on this alleged infraction. He denies wrongdoing.

SBR reported recently that 1XBet asked a Skrill depositor to provide a copy of his credit card to proceed with receiving payment, an unusual request considering he deposited through the eWallet.

There are over one dozen open complaints against 1XBet.
