A TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a casino winnings complaint.
The player deposited €500 through Skrill to accept a 100% signup bonus offer.
He claims he then went on the run of a life-time at TonyBet winning over €25,000 playing slots and fully cleared his bonus rollover, with an average bet of about €150 per transaction.
At this time, the player requested a €3,000 payout from the online betting site, which is headquartered in Estonia.
He proceeded to send in the documents necessary to verify his account. The documents he provided to pass their KYC process included his ID card, utility bill, and statements from both his Skrill and Neteller account.
Unfortunately meanwhile his luck turned, and he lost the remaining ~€22,000 in his account.
He has yet to receive payment for the €3,000 requested more than three months ago, and claims to have gotten nowhere with TonyBet customer service.
