A new TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) complaint has been reported.
A player joined TonyBet in June and deposited £200 in exchange for a 50% bonus.
The player completed the wagering requirements as normal wagering mostly Scandinavian soccer. The wagers were each between £50 and £100. The promotion required the player to complete rollover within 90 days, which was satisfied as on August 10 rollover was completed.
On August 10, the player asked to be paid £759.
TonyBet asked for ID to be provided and ultimately rejected the documentation and requested a higher resolution scan. The player obliged the request, and believed that the documents were then accepted.
The payout department was allegedly going to be in touch with the player concerning when the payout would be processed, but not such communication has taken place. SBR is investigating the complaint.
TonyBet Sportsbook has told SBR that they are looking into the casino winnings complaint reported yesterday where a player claimed that he has not been paid €3,000 for over three months. He provided his documents to the online sportsbook when requested, but has been given no updates on the status of his withdrawal, much like the player in this report.
TonyBet is an Estonia based online sportsbook.
