A Tipico Sportsbook (SBR rating C) complaint has been filed.
The player opened his betting account with Tipico more than five years ago, and has claimed to have played without incident for a long time.
He had previously passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with Tipico, and had deposited and withdrew winnings by Skrill without issue.
However, the player recently had a balance containing €1,121 confiscated. He claims to have done nothing wrong to merit the confiscation, but his protests have gotten him nowhere.
He shared the below email that he received from Tipico with Sportsbook Review.
Tipico Sportsbook to player: “Tipico reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any bets/winnings and forfeit any balance including bonuses or other promotional balances in the customer’s account, to terminate the agreement and/or to suspend the provision of the services/deactivate the account if Tipico has the reasonable grounds to believe or establishes any of the following:d) the customer provides incorrect or misleading information upon registration and/or throughout the duration of his/her agreement with Tipico;g) the customer accesses and participates in the services from a jurisdiction where participation in the services is prohibited by law.”
Sportsbook Review has followed up with Tipico to discuss the situation.
Tipcio players who are in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
