New Punter Dispute against online sportsbook Tipico

tipicoimageA new punter dispute has been submitted against online sportsbook Tipico-— a C rated betting site in the online sportsbooks rating guide.

The player registered his account with Tipico on the 3rd of September 2015 and proceeded to load his account up with a €100 Skrill deposit.

He has since fulfilled the bonus terms and conditions by placing four wagers.

The player requested to be paid his €462 balance from the online sportsbook. Immediately he was asked to provide his passport photo, a utility bill showing his home address as on file with the betting site, and a screen capture showing his Skrill account details.

Each of Tipico’s requests were fulfilled by the player, but his account has been deactivated as of the 6th of September 2015. He has been given no additional information from Tipico Sportsbook on what caused his account to be suspended, if his balance will be paid, or even if his initial deposit will be refunded to his Skrill account.

After reading a recent complaint against Tipico posted on the Sportsbook Review.com newswire, the player filed his complaint with SBR and has offered to provide a complete copy of the correspondence he has had with the online sportsbook. The recent complaint involves a player with a €1,121 balance dispute, who believes that he satisfactorily passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with the betting site.

SBR has followed up with Tipico hoping to discuss the complaint.

Tipico players who are in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
