German gambling operator Mybet Holding SE has offloaded its payment services subsidiary C4U-Malta Ltd. to an unidentified buyer in the financial services sector for Euro 3 Million as it moves to refocus on its core business.
mybet expects the sale to complete within the fourth quarter of this year once several conditions have been met.
