The player has claimed that he has successfully made withdrawals from the sports betting site in the past, but since working a balance up to €1,600 he has not been paid.
The player claims to have provided his ID and all documents requested of him.
He last won a €200 wager from the sportsbook before his account access was allegedly restricted.
Sportsbook Review has escalated the complaint to a manager with 1XBet, who previously addressed a batch of other payout complaints, some of which players were shown to have likely violated the betting site’s terms and conditions regarding multiple accounts.
SBR will update the newswire in the event that management addressed the reason for this player’s standstill.
1XBet Sportsbook players in need of assistance are encouraged to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
Until the online sportsbook can establish that it is able to pay players quickly and without hassle, the sports betting website will remain on the worst sportsbook blacklist.
