A Cloudbet.com (SBR rating C+) player has claimed that the bitcoin sportsbook has yet to grade a winning wager from October 24.
He has allegedly contacted support but has not received a response concerning why the wager has yet to be credited as a winner.
The player’s wager was on the Terrence Crawford boxing fight.
Typically, sportsbook complaints over unpaid wagers involve lower level markets not frequently offered by the betting site, such as soccer proposition wagers for example at sportsbooks primarily serving the North American market.
SBR has contacted Cloudbet.com to review the player’s account and settle the unpaid bet.
Sportsbook Review will update as more information is learned and if the sportsbook responds to the inquiry
Cloudbet was added to the online sportsbooks rating guide on July 25, 2015. The sportsbook is listed in the bitcoin sportsbooks directory.
