A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has pointed out that while the sports betting site advertises payment within three business days through eWallet, he has actually been waiting for more than two weeks for a €3,000 withdrawal.
The player called BetMotion on the inaccuracy of the advertised time table but was only told they are working to process the payment as soon as possible.
Sportsbook Review reported on November 8 that another BetMotion player complained at SBR Forum that he too has not been paid a pending withdrawal.
BetMotion has thus far provided no comment to Sportsbook Review on the overdue withdrawals.
BetMotion Player: “I write to you with a huge request to affect the bookmaker Betmotion (website – https://www.betmotion.com) due to the fact that they can not pay me € 3000 for more than 2 weeks, although they have in the rules of payment is written that payment of funds occurs within 3 business days,” wrote the player in his complaint to SBR.
