A BetDaq Sportsbook (SBR rating B) player filed a complaint with SBR two weeks ago claiming that he is owed €860.
The player was asked to provide a copy of his Paysafe Card information to BetDaq, which he claims to have provided over multiple emails, but his account access remains locked.
BetDaq is unwilling to discuss details of the complaint citing their player privacy policy, though the player electronically consented to having SBR inquire as to his account status on his behalf.
The player has received no responses on his €860 balance, and has not been returned his initial deposit, either.
SBR has suggested that the player lodge a complaint with the UK Gambling Commission, and will update this report in the event that the Commission can help the player with his situation.
