A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has reported receiving payment.
The player originally claimed that he was waiting for a €6,000 payout for over a month.
BetMotion allegedly only gave the player generic updates that withdrawals are generally processed in three business days, not including the day of the request.
The player has received payment of €1,000, though a total of €5,000 remains outstanding. No information was provided by the sportsbook on when the remainder of the request would be processed.
SBR has asked when the player will receive payment in full.
Sportsbook Review reported of a BetMotion payout complaint two days ago from a player who has been waiting more than two weeks for a €3,000 withdrawal.
BetMotion players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
