A GR88 Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a complaint.
The player deposited $200 and received a matching sportsbook bonus.
He proceeded to net approximately $750 in winnings before having his sportsbook account closed.
The player submitted negative feedback concerning the site uptime, but shared that he is located in Brazil. He claims to have opened more than 20 support tickets with GR88 staff concerning why his account has been disabled.
He has also not been refunded his starting deposit. The player denies wrongdoing or knowingly violating any of GR88’s terms and conditions.
Sportsbook Review reported on a similar complaint from a player with a $200 balance whose account has been restricted, the player also has not received an update from support.
GR88 players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
