LSbet Sportsbook bettor has £579 confiscated

lsbetimageAn LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint against the online betting site.

The player registered for LSbet on October 19 and deposited €43 by eWallet. He went on to increase his balance to €576.95.

Sportsbook bonus play-through terms were met successfully and the player proceeded to request a first-time withdrawal.

This is where the trouble started. The player received an email from LSbet support which stated that the player’s balance would be forfeited due to rule 1.2.4.

Section 1.2.4: The Player’s Account must be registered in Player’s own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for the Player and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, or any environment where computers are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc), computer (or other access device), and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other accounts which the Player opens with the Company, or which are beneficially owned by the Player in relation to the Services shall be “Duplicate Accounts”. The Company has right to close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so). If the Company close a Duplicate Account;”

The player has adamantly denied ever operating an account with LSbet in the past. He offered to provide a copy of his wagering history and live chat correspondence with the online sportsbook, but noted that it was in German.

Sportsbook Review has followed up with LSbet support to discuss the case.
