Cloudbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) has addressed the complaint reported yesterday.
A player claimed that a .55 bitcoin deposit made on November 26 had not yet been applied and that his emails were mostly unanswered.
SBR asked Cloudbet about the delay and was told that the funds were not sent to a wallet they own; though the player claims he generated it using their software.
The player provided SBR with the code he claims was generated using Cloudbet.
The complaint remains open.
