An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a complaint against the online sports betting website.
The player signed up for LSbet recently and accepted a welcome bonus of €120.
The player was instructed to wager first and then the bonus would be credited. After placing his first wager, the player provided copies of his ID.
He told SBR that he sent a photo of himself holding his ID and spoke with the sportsbook via Skype chat. However, he was told that he breached the sportsbook terms and conditions due to one of his account log-ins taking place at a buddy’s house.
LSbet Sportsbook refunded his starting deposit, but is unwilling to pay his winnings.
The player has argued for the first bet to be paid and has pointed out that he is willing to forgo the bonus. The player’s friend is reportedly not banned or in any way restricted from using the online betting site, and wagering limits were not circumvented by the pair.
