A BetRally Sportsbook player has filed a complaint.
The player deposited €200 on January 6 via Neteller and received a €100 welcome bonus.
He completed the wagering requirement in 20 days and made a payout request back to Neteller the same day.
At this point, his €269 payout request was put on hold pending the submission of his ID and a utility bill.
The player received a notification on February 2 that his documents were checked and approved.
A week later, he claims that no additional information was provided on when his payout will be processed, and has become concerned that he will not be paid.
Sportsbook Review has asked BetRally for comment on the player’s payout status.
