Sportsbook Review reported yesterday on a €625 complaint filed by a BetSolo player.
The player had claimed that his documents were in the midst of being verified to satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
The player questioned whether or not he would be paid by the sports betting site.
SBR spoke with BetSolo management concerning the player’s complaint. The sportsbook provided evidence showing that the player was in fact linked to a minimum of three other account-holders in a scheme to receive multiple sportsbook sign-up bonuses.
Other background information was provided that SBR will not disclose to protect the online sportsbook’s security protocols.
As for the first BetSolo complaint reported earlier in the week, BetSolo released a statement of their side of the dispute, and will defer to whatever ruling the Kahnawake Gaming Commission sets forth. As the player asked for assistance with a third-party regulator that the betting site is bound to maintain compliance with, SBR has withdrawn active mediation from the matter, but will continue to follow player-provided updates and report the final conclusion of the case when one is reached.
