A BetMotion Sportsbook player has filed a complaint.
The player has claimed that he has been owed €4,500 for over three weeks.
The player has taken issue with the fact that the online sports betting site advertises that payments should occur within three business days.
BetMotion support has provided only generic information he says, and has stated that he will be contacted as soon as possible with an update.
His documents were checked and verified for both eWallets (Skrill, Neteller) used to fund his betting account. He has saved screen captures of his complete transaction history with BetMotion and offered to provide the records as needed to Sportsbook Review.
SBR has asked BetMotion management for comment on the payment delay.
BetMotion is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, as well as in Curacao.
The online betting site holds a rating of C+ and has been online since 2009.
BetMotion players in need of assistance are encouraged to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
