A BetRally Sportsbook player has submitted a complaint.
The player registered his sports betting account with BetRally in July of 2015.
After one month of successful wagering, his account balance was increased to 17,646 DKK or $2,568.
At this point, the player underwent the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The player provided his passport, utility bill, and screen capture of his Skrill account showing his transactions with the online sports betting website.
He was then asked to send a copy of his notarized passport to Curacao. The player claims it took him over a month to get this done as in his country the first few places he traveled to did not offer this service, but finally he managed to get it done at a public courthouse.
The player claimed to have sent over 20 emails since sending this notarized passport copy asking if his verification process was now completed. BetRally then asked to go back to the courthouse and have his passport notarized showing a color copy. The player claims to have spent $36 already on this process.
