A Topbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a payout complaint.
On July 26, the player requested a payout from the sports betting site in the amount of $2,107.
The payout window was supposed to be 10 to 15 business days, but as of today the payment has yet to be received and the player has received only generic updates from the sportsbook. The player detailed the issue from his perspective in the excerpt below.
Topbet Player: “Requested a withdrawal on July 26th, 2016 which was promised to be delivered within 10-15 business days. Its now been a month and a half and have not received any updates or tracking number. The amount is for $2107.”
Topbet for their part has addressed the player complaints as they have been received but has been unable to clarify when exactly the backlog of complaints should be paid in full. Sportsbook Review downgraded Topbet from C to C- earlier this year due to the issues and may adjust the sportsbook rating further as new feedback is received. Sportsbooks in the C to D range typically pay fastest during the American football season, though well-rated sportsbooks are able to process throughout the year.
