Otobet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has addressed the €1,644 payout complaint filed by a player. The player claimed that his account was closed after he asked for a payout from the online sportsbook.
Otobet provided comment to Sportsbook Review this morning concerning the player’s complaint.
Otobet cited the following section of their terms and conditions: “Where the Company has terminated a player’s account as a result of a failed Security Review, any account balances in the user account are non-refundable and deemed forfeited.”
Otobet went on to clarify that the player has received a refund of his initial deposit.
