A Redbet Sportsbook player has filed a complaint. The player has claimed that after asking for a withdrawal in the amount of €1,600 his account was suspended.
He noted that all of his previous payouts were processed successfully by the sports betting site, though he has yet to receive his latest withdrawal request.
The player has asked the assistance of Sportsbook Review to determine what his next step is to go about receiving his funds from the sportsbook. Sometimes sports betting sites will restrict a player and cease all communication, leading to complaints such as these which could be cleared up with better communication.
Even if the sportsbook has decided that the player’s account will remain closed, he has a right to his balance unless the player has defrauded the company in some way or accumulated an illegitimate balance.
