A Topbet Sportsbook player has claimed that a $2,400 payout request made on March 19 has not been paid.
After waiting for the 21 business time-frame associated with bank withdrawals at the online betting site, the player requested the ability to switch to bitcoin to receive his funds.
He has claimed Topbet said bitcoin is not available, something that was also told to other players who requested to switch to the digital currency to settle their delinquent withdrawals. A number of Topbet players reported receiving payment successfully through bitcoin, though the backlog of payouts has caused Topbet to be unable to switch everyone to BTC in a seamless manner.
