Gaming startups will be showcasing their innovations to investors and the wider industry at the Pitch ICE Theatre today.
Twenty-one startups were shortlisted, each will get the chance to give a 15 minute presentation on their business offer to audiences at the theatre. The initiative is designed to provide startups with a gateway to industry investors. This year, Pitch Ice has also been moved to a higher profile location within the ICE show floor, adjacent to the ‘industry first’ Esports Arena.
Startups presenting span all aspects of the industry, from digital to bricks and mortar, sports betting to fan engagement, RegTech, lottery, gaming and blockchain.
Ewa Bakun, Clarion Gaming’s Director of Industry Insight and Engagement, who drives the Pitch ICE initiative, explained: “Every year around 20 start-ups get selected to receive a unique opportunity to pitch their companies at the world’s largest gambling show, ICE London, attended by 35,000+ visitors over the three days of the show and we want to ensure every eligible company gets the opportunity to promote themselves this year.”
“Many of our start-ups, such as 1SpinMillionaire, BlueBat Games, Bookee, Chalkline Sports, Colossus Bets, FastFantasy, Fresh8 Gaming, Gamevy, numberFire and SkillCorner, have secured important investments and acquisition partners following their pitch presentations and participation.”
The Pitch ICE Theatre is at N9-660.
