Scientific Games rolls out new James Bond-branded lottery games

Scientific Games to acquire NYX for $630mNew York-listed supplier Scientific Games is expanding its
branded lottery games portfolio with the launch of a series of new James Bond-branded
games.

Coinciding with the upcoming release of the 25th James Bond film, No Time To Die, Scientific Games has rolled out its James Bond 007 scratchcard game with a total of 22 lotteries worldwide, including Israel and Switzerland, as well as the state lotteries of Massachusetts, Maine, Pennsylvania in the US.

So far, three lotteries have agreed to sell the game in
both retail stores and online.

“We continue to lead the gaming entertainment industry with
licensed brands and linked games that generate incredible excitement with
players and provide once-in-a-lifetime prizes and unique experiences,” said
Scientific Games executive vice president of lottery licensing Kyle Rogers.

“With over a decade of experience, Scientific Games
understands how to connect players with the lottery brand and with brands like James
Bond 007 in relevant and memorable ways.”

The supplier also confirmed that 11 US state lotteries have
signed up to participate in Scientific Games’ James Bond Lottery Challenge
linked game, a second-chance offering which gives players the chance to win a
trip to Las Vegas and a chance to win up to $1m in cash.

The supplier is also set to launch separate James Bond 007
games with six international lotteries, with a further five international
lotteries to launch No Time To Die-themed games in the near future.

Additional US and international lotteries are currently in discussion with Scientific Games to launch further James Bond 007-branded games, the company added.

Shares in Scientific Games Corporation (NSQ:SGMS) closed down 2.79 per cent at $28.07 per share in New York Friday.
