International Game Technology (IGT) has named Dorothy Costa as its new global head of people and transformation, while it has also appointed Mario Di Loreto as an executive vice president and senior advisor to group chief executive Marco Sala.
Costa moves into the new role having previously served as IGT’s vice president of people and transformation for North America.
She has more than 26 years of human resources experience, including 22 years in the lottery and gaming industry.
In her new position, Costa will have strategic oversight for the IGT people and transformation function.
This will cover all business unit’s senior people partners and the total rewards, diversity and inclusion, organisation transformation, as well as talent management.
