Greentube, the interactive division of Novomatic Group, is to implement the Neccton responsible gambling solution across its Spanish igaming offering, following a successful roll-out in Great Britain.
First launched with the Admiral Casino brand, the Neccton mentor solution enables operators to identify problematic gambling behaviour in real-time and also automatically interacts with players showing potentially harmful behaviour.
Key metrics picked up by the solution include players chasing losses, in-session deposits, failed deposits and cancelled withdrawals, with these flagged up to the operator, allowing them to take action.
Neccton will now be expanded to the StarVegas brand in Spain, with Greentube also set to roll out the solution in other markets where it is active.
“We take our commitment to responsible gaming extremely seriously and we constantly work to enhance and improve our strategies to ensure players use our products safely,” StarVegas Spain and Italy brand manager and managing director, Adam Warren, said.
“Neccton’s mentor solution assures this and offers us an easy tool to spot any potentially harmful behaviour and to intervene when needed.”
Neccton director Michael Auer added: “With mentor, operators learn which players tend to play riskier and also how to advise those players appropriately and which actions to take.
“Across the globe, regulators are increasing their focus on responsible gaming and player safety, and through our partnership, Greentube is at the forefront of offering safe casino entertainment online.”
