Malta-based supplier White Hat Gaming has appointed Rob Fell as its new chief operating officer and named Andy Whitworth as its chief commercial officer.
Fell and Whitworth have been working together for a number of years, first at Entain – previously GVC Holdings – and more recently NetEnt.
At NetEnt, Fell and Whitworth played major roles in the supplier’s acquisition of Red Tiger, as well as NetEnt’s subsequent sale to Evolution.
As COO and CCO, respectively Fell and Whitworth will now join the White Hat senior management team.
“We have a clear goal of delivering gaming perfection to our partners and customers, and our goal as always will be the best and biggest disruptor,” Whitworth said.
“I am particularly excited to work with our established key partners in the US and Europe to leverage the many available opportunities.”
White Hat’s board added the appointments would support its plans t grow in the US.
Its player account management (PAM) solution is already used to power Penn National Gaming’s Barstool branded betting and igaming offering.
“Their breadth of experience, combined with leadership qualities and a shared vision, give us complete confidence that appointing Rob and Andy will elevate the company to the next phase of our exciting journey,” the board commented.
