Player one reported that 2000 PLN (approximately $660) was confiscated in May of 2012.
Player two reported that €440 was confiscated in June of 2012. The debit came following a payout request.
The 30% rule was designed to remove winnings from players who had accepted a bonus and subsequently wagered in excess of their deposit bonus.
BetWay ultimately agreed with SBR’s stance and resolved the sportsbook complaints on file. BetWay agreed to revisit older disputes with SBR and discuss disputes going forward.
