During the time which Jazz Sports and sister sportsbooks were downgraded over falling behind on the large winners, no sportsbook payout complaints were filed. Jazz management has claimed that 99% of users were unaffected during this time. Management tells SBR they are not behind on any payouts.
The sportsbook group has been upgraded to C.
