Social casino games provider Plumbee has appointed Rob Gorle as finance director.
Gorle joins from mobile and social games group Zattikka, having previously spent seven years at Yahoo.
He will lead Plumbee’s commercial strategy as the company continues to see significant growth in social casino, across games and platforms.
Raf Keustermans, CEO and co-founder of Plumbee, said: “He brings with him almost two decades of strategic finance experience and expertise in media, games and entertainment.
“With Rob on board and [co-founder Gerald Tan] now 100 per cent focused on product, we have really upgraded Plumbee’s management team and we’re now ready to accelerate growth at all levels.”
Gorle added: “I’m very excited to join the Plumbee leadership team. After the recent $14m Series B [investment] round led by Endemol, the company is well positioned to challenge the current market leaders.”
