Gaming industry software supplier Comtrade Gaming has announced the launch of iCore Engage, a new product it claims will help increase player engagement and elevate an operator’s business value.
Comtrade Gaming said the new product has been designed primarily for large gaming operators that already have an online platform but want to expand their existing solutions with features that offer additional benefits to players.
The supplier said iCore Engage can introduce immediate response to a player’s gaming activity by delivering promotions while they are still engaged in game play, thus increasing average spending.
In addition, Comtrade Gaming said the new product also allows for effective cross-sell between multiple product and channels regardless of the content supplier, which it claims allows for better marketing optimisation and product cross-selling by attracting and rewarding players’ migration.
The iCore Engage product also offers high personalisation and optimisation of web and mobile portals with central product and content management, which the supplier said enables enriched customer experience.

“That being so, we decided to design a product, namely iCore Engage, which allows a non-intrusive integration of key iCore benefits on the operator’s existing platform and player data without changing the overall system.”
