BMIT is hoping that the expansion, part of a multi-million euro investment programme spanning three years, will reinforce the company’s position as a leading boutique provider of data centre and cloud services in Malta and Europe.
The company currently operates from two ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certified data centre sites in Malta. The expansion of one of its data centres will provide more space for local and international companies.
“This latest investment will further strengthen our leading position as the largest and most trusted data centre in Malta,” BMIT chief executive officer Christian Sammut said.
BMIT’s will be showcasing its services to some of the world’s leading gaming providers at this year’s ICE Totally Gaming exhibition in London.
