Under the deal, Cisneros Interactive’s mobile and online advertising networks for the Americas will commercialise Perform’s advertising inventory and products in certain Latin American markets.
The Adsmovil and Redmas mobile and online advertising networks will both benefit from the new partnership.
Perform is active in the Latin American market through the popular football-focused website Goal, as well as various premium publishers sites such as Mediotiempo in Mexico and Gazeta Esportiva.
The group, which provides a Watch&Bet service for bookmakers, also has rights to a number of sporting competitions in the Americas including the Copa Libertadores and Copa Suramericana national football tournaments.
“This partnership gives Adsmovil and RedMas advertisers access to premium sports inventory and the opportunity for brands to engage with consumers across the web and their mobile devices with video pre-rolls, rich media, and traditional advertising,” Cisneros Interactive’s president Victor Kong said.
Federico Polak, general manager of Perform Latin America, added: “By combining their extensive geographic coverage across Latin America with our premium digital sports content and reach, we will enable brands to execute cohesive, content-driven campaigns using a variety of digital advertising solutions.”
