Plaor, the free-to-play casino subsidiary of social media network CrowdGather, has signed an exclusive rights agreement with land-based games developer Multicommerce Game Studio. Plaor becomes Multicommerce’s first social casino partner, and has licensed two video slot games from the developer.The first title, The Power of Zeus, is set to launch next month through social and mobile channels on Plaor’s Mega Fame Casino & Slots app.
“We are pursuing an aggressive strategy focused on augmenting our proprietary games with exclusive licenses for leading video slot content,” Plaor chief operating officer Richard Corredera commented.
“Our relationship with Multicommerce Game Studio is an important part of our efforts to build a portfolio of licensed video slot games for Mega Fame Casino & Slots and strategic content partnerships that we believe will be one of the most extensive in the industry,” Corredera added.
The partnership is the third rights licensing deal to be agreed by Plaor since its acquisition by CrowdGather in May this year.
Later that month it agreed partnerships with North Carolina-based developer Grover Gaming, and the Chicago-based studio 2 by 2 Gaming.
As a result it has launched Waltzing Wilds, Swirling Sands, Wild Birthday Blast and Cosmic Invaders from 2 by 2, while Grover Gaming’s Searing Sevens and Reel Fruity slots have also been rolled out with a further two titles to follow.
