Lottery technology business China LotSynergy Holdings is to target further growth in the second half of the year after it posted a year-on-year increase in net profit and turnover during the six months to June 30, 2014.
The company recorded net profit of HKD54.9 million (€5.3 million/$7.1 million) in the first half of 2014, which represents an increase of 35.2% on the corresponding period last year.
Turnover in the first half of the year amounted to HKD460.5 million, up from HKD341.6 million in the first six months of 2013.
China LotSynergy said: “The group is slated to maintain its development momentum in the second half of 2014 by fully utilising its partnership resources, promotion of further sales growth, and, based on the enhancement and development of its telephone lottery product.”
Meanwhile, the company has also announced that its Guangzhou Lottnal Terminal Company subsidiary has won a bid to supply sports lottery terminals to the Zhejiang Sports Lottery Administration Centre.
Under the deal, Lottnal will provide the KT301 standard type lottery terminals.
The agreement is Lottnal’s second terminal procurement win in the Zhejiang province.
