Real Gaming given approval for full Nevada launch

Las Vegas-based Real Gaming, formerly known as South Point Poker, is set to become the third licensed online poker operator Nevada after it completed a soft launch in the US state.

As reported by iGaming Business, the company’s website was launched by the South Point Casino land-based Las Vegas property in February of this year and underwent almost eight months of testing before fully launching last week.

Real Gaming has now been given approval by the Nevada Gaming Control Board to launch a full service in the state both online and via mobile devices.

The move will make Real Gaming just the third licensed online poker operator in Nevada alongside WSOP.com and UltimatePoker.com.

The launch of a full service comes after Real Gaming last month expanded its online poker operations in the state by allowing players to deposit cash from any 7-Eleven and Family Dollar stores across Nevada.
