Sportech Racing and Digital, a division of pools and sports wagering operator Sportech, has agreed a deal to deliver various land-based and digital betting technologies to the Lincoln Race Course and Horsemen’s Park racecourses in the US state of Nebraska.
Operated by Omaha Exposition and Racing, the courses have selected Sportech as their new tote provider to deliver pari-mutuel betting services with Sportech’s Quantum System software, Quantum Data Center services, and BetJet series wagering devices.
Patrons of both racecourse will also have access to the new Digital Link mobile suite, which features patented digital voucher functionality.
In addition, both facilities will feature the Sportech Tablet for dedicated self-service account wagering.
“We were impressed by the overall quality of Sportech’s tote system, data centres, and digital wagering technologies and we are looking forward to offering our players a significant upgrade in their wagering experience, with mobile and tablet wagering that will make visiting Horsemen’s Park and Lincoln Race Course even more enjoyable,” Omaha Exposition and Racing vice-president of racing, Gregory Hosch, said.
