Garfield takes chief marketing role at Boylesports

Garfield takes chief marketing role at BoylesportsIrish independent bookmaker Boylesports has appointed former NordicBet managing director Neill Garfield as its new chief marketing officer.

Garfield will replace James Arnold in the role after the former chief marketing officer opted to leave the company in November of last year.

According to various reports, Garfield has already begun work at the bookmaker’s headquarters in Dundalk, but is expected to relocate to the Boylesports facility in Gibraltar.

Garfield joins the company from NordicBet, where he held the role of managing director from July 2013 until January of this year.

Prior to his time at NordicBet, he served as head of marketing at Tom Waterhouse and also held the role of general marketing manager at online sportsbook at Paddy Power.

Garfield also held senior positions at O2 UK and Telefonica O2 in his earlier career.
