Horseracing bookmaker RaceBets has been awarded a full UK licence by the UK Gambling Commission national regulatory body.
Valid as of August 10, the Combined Continuation Remote Operating Licence will enable RaceBets to continue offering its services to punters in the UK.
RaceBets began legally operating in the UK in 2012.
Patrick Byrne, managing director of RaceBets, said: “The decision vindicates our commitment to British racing and the hard work that has been carried out by the whole team, over the last few years.
“It is an honour to receive a full UK licence and we are fully aware of the responsibilities that come with it, both to the UK Gambling Commission and the British betting public.”
