William Hill rolls out latest GW Games title to retail estate

William Hill links up with tech PR strategy WildfireUK developer GW Games has launched a new title across William Hill’s retail estate following an earlier launch to its mobile and online gaming platforms.

Robo Buck’s Garage is set in the year 5939AD and sees an enterprising ‘Scrap-Bot’ called S.P.U.D discovering a disused gas station, deep in the Nevada desert. After converting his derelict dump into a slot machine, S.P.U.D awaits his first player. The game includes a number of bonus features and extra mini-games.

“We are delighted that William Hill has chosen to release Robo Buck’s Garage and that their retail players, alongside those in their online and mobile environments, will be able to enjoy the exciting content that GW Games has to offer,” said the company’s commercial director Andrew Henson. “Different channels require different development approaches and our agreement to work closely with the William Hill team on forthcoming omni-channel releases through 2015 and 2016 is a fantastic opportunity.”

Andrew Sackey, William Hill’s head of product & content, added: “Robo Buck’s Garage is an early favourite with both online and retail customers, with the interactive character S.P.U.D being one of the most popular aspects of the game, and his in-game help forcing in wins and features will only grow his popularity further.

“Omni-channel multi bonus games like this continue to be an important part of our content strategy, allowing our customers to play their favourite games wherever they are.”

Last month William Hill launched Lucky’s Empire from GW Games across its online, mobile and retail offerings.
