Affinity Gaming has confirmed that David Reganato is to succeed Richard Parisi as its chairman of the board with immediate effect.
Reganato currently serves as a senior investment analyst at Silver Point Capital and previously worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
He also serves on the boards of Granite Broadcasting Corporation, Studio City International Holdings and Rotech Healthcare.
Reganato’s predecessor, Parisi, has been involved with Affinity for a number of years, serving first as a director since May 2013, before becoming chairman of the board in July of the same year.
Parisi also serves as a senior investment analyst at Silver Point Capital and has previously held roles with Madison Derborn Partners and Merril Lynch & Co.
